We have many sets and freight fiscal documents that use different freight flows in the FDC and we need to know which system rule is used to determine which flow each fiscal document will fall into when we import the CTe.

We identified the note - Fusion FDC: Error While Trying To Import XML From Cte - Freight (Doc ID 2804855.1) which details the rules that define the flow, but in our analysis this priority order is not working correctly, as we have some fiscal documents that are set in the Freight flow from Customer to Supplier Return we would like you to set in the Freight flow from Seller to Customer.
