During Manual Supplier creation the option to select Prospective Supplier should not be available

During supplier creation which does not involves approval and directly onboarding the supplier into system, is it possible to select the Business Relationship type as 'Spend Authorized' and remove the privilege to create as 'Prospective' Supplier.
