Summary:

How to bring a popup notification while processing a requisition, if an open PO/negotiation exists for the same item in the requisition.

For e.g.,:

Item
A available in PO12345, now there is a separate PR later raised with same item and buyer when processing the PR to convert it to either PO/RFQ a dialog box should appearing that this item already exist in the PO/RFQ which is open.
