HCM Data Loader Business Objects Loading Compensation Plan enrolment

We have a large group of employees using a TOIL compensation plan which holds enrolments with a balance populated from OTL .

I can see a HCM Data Loader Business Object for Accral plans but nothing for Absence Compensation plans via HCM Data Loader. Has one been created or is there another way to load these enrolments into the absence Compensation Plan ?
