Is Lead time mandatory for Make items to be scheduled by GOP considering Future supplies

We are having only 1 inventory Org, the ATP Rule is Supply chain availability search. Attached a screenshot below for reference for ATP Rule.

Sales Order is created for Make item which is not having On hand but having Future supply.


We can see the GOP behavior as, it is honoring the incoming supply for Items and schedule accordingly when Fixed lead time/Post processing Lead Time is specified in Item Attribute.

If there is no Lead time specified for the Item, it will be scheduled in Requested date in Sales Order (In the Availability details, it is asking to make all the Requested quantity on Requested date).
