Security for objects not working like FR

When I gave permission to a folder in Narrative the user have the possibility to visualize all the reports, even though they don't have access to certain reports; when the user open a report and doesn't have access NR send an error and this is really confusing for the user. There is a way that the user dont be shown like in Financial Reporting?

Also they can see and access to all the folders, no matter they don't have access.

Only I have access to this folde, but the user can see it and access.
