How to migrate costs in project currency

Hi

We are in the process of migrating project cost balances from our customer legacy (Oracle EBS) to oracle fusion project costing. Below is an example

Project currency - USD

Transaction currency - EUR

Ledger currency - CNY (China currency)

When migrating the cost using our miscellaneous cost FBDI template, I have an option to specify the conversion rate for Transaction currency → Ledger currency translation for each cost. With this capability, I'm able to accurately maintain/migrate my Raw cost in transaction currency and ledger currency in fusion with the same values as EBS for each cost. However in the FBDI template, I don't see an option to specify the conversion rate to translate the transaction currency balances to project currency. I understand that project currency rate will be calculated based on rate settings set at the project level and rates is derived from "manage daily rates" task.
