FCCS - Organization by Period

Summary:

In FCCS, we use 2 entity hierarchies (in the entity dimension) : 1 legal hierarchy and 1 management hierarchy.

The management hierarchy changes every year. We have to report the actuals (past and current) on the new structure. While still being able to report the past actuals on the past structures.

Our issue is that it seems there is no straight forward solution, within FCCS, to manage the entity structure by period.

Today, each time we have an entity structure change, we have to create a new hierarchy and reconsolidate the past data.

Is there another, easier, solution to handle this?
