Hiding a DFF segment in Document Records but still showing up

Summary:

We created a Document Records with a list of DFFs. The requirement is that one of the DFF Segment needs to be hidden from Employee Self Service role. Hence we use the Structure / Page Composer to set this DFF with Render = False by using the condition of EL Expression, but it's not working as expected
