custom role to an HR user where they can only view one document for all employees

Hi All

We want to give a custom role to an HR user where they can only view one document for all employees, below steps followed:

I create a custom role to access single document type for all workers and assigned the role to HR user,
I have already created the document type and the document security profile and added the privilege to the custom role.
Created deep link for DOR it's working but it shows all the employee documents for not only the required one
