Duplicate Prompt in PBCS

When migrating a report from Financial Reports to Reports in PBCS, prompts are no longer merged. For example, in the first column we use the prompt labeled Prompt for the Year dimension. In the second column we use the Relative Member (offset -1) function of the Year prompt. In Financial Reporting the year must be entered only once during the execution of the report. However, in Reports, double the year value is requested with two different prompts. Is there a way to enter just one prompt?
