Restrict Employees to select only one Ethnicity/Race

Summary:
Is it possible to restrict employee to select only one ethnicity value in the Personal Details Page.


Also, is it possible to display the 'Two or More Races' as a selectable option for the Ethnicity field in the Personal Details Page.
