Summary:

We've noticed lately that we are having to ask our learners to clear their cache/browser histories more often. Is anyone else finding this issue as well?

Our learners are seeing these "errors" more often and it's not access group related. Because once we ask them to clear their cache 9 times out of 10, it fixes the issue. Our learners are getting frustrated every time we ask them to do this.
