We received update 24.06 this week in our OIC Gen 3 instances and it immediately caused issues in our production environment. After engaging with Oracle support it was determined that there is now a service limit being imposed on Max String length that wasn't previously being enforced.

We are using an Encode base64 function inside a variable based on file data. Apparently the service limit is now 100000 (10Kb) characters, and we have file payloads up to 11MB in size.
