Can Learners see Updated Content for courses they completed?

Summary:

The Business wants to be able to update a course, and have that update reflect in the completed courses for learners. For example, they may want to update a PDF that is there as an activity, and have the learner be able to go to their completion is see the new version.

When update a course and choose “Reconcile Learning Assignments” it is not updating the course for the completed learner.

I can understand why it may not do that (learner is seeing the content they completed) but was not sure if there was a way to update that, and whether it worked differently with types of content.
