Punchout - Where is located payload generated from external site?

I need to know where is located that payload on Fusion in order to review data generated on it?

We are trying to implement Sourcing Master Items on Punchout but after creating the item on Fusion, the punchout is not generating the requisition with that ite,. It is generated nly with category. So we need to check the payload to see which is the item code coming from STAPLES so that we can configure that same item coda on Fusion and try to apply this functionality.
