Is everyone aware that Eloqua 24A release has started to include autoresponders as soft bouncebacks?

We've been working with Eloqua support this year after finding issues with soft bouncebacks - they have confirmed in 24A that there was a change such that autoresponder emails have now been improperly registering as soft bounces. Sounds like fix is currently slated for 24C

We asked for the customer facing message on this and have heard back that there have been no customer facing communications about this.
