Intercompany Billing on Non-Billable Project

Hi Folks-

We have an Indirect Project Type that is not enabled for Billing (i.e there are no external customers involved for invoicing). However there are Cross Charge Transactions expected to occur on those projects.

Now, Is it possible to generate intercompany invoicing/revenue if the project type is not billing enabled? or does it have to be enabled for billing as well
