Change transfer sourcing rule based on stock quantity

Summary:

Is it possible to realize a plan on SP that transfers 100% from warehouse A by standard, but when warehouse A runs out of stock, transfers 100% from warehouse B?
I have received such a request from a customer, but I don't believe it can be realized on SP's sourcing rules.
Alternative BOM? or GOP's sourcing rules?
In which setting can this be achieved?
