how to restrict multiple holiday absence entries from rest api at the same time

There is a scenario where we have been receiving multiple absence entries from Rest api to oracle fusion at a time. Here both the entries are being accepted and updated in the fusion database. Can anyone help me to understand how to restrict this type of absences when there are Mutiple hits at the same time.
