To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Why Doesn't CE Eligible Value Default?
Summary:
In the Redwood experience, when you are inside of a course and you pick Actions button, then select Learning Items Details, the screen shows as CE Eligible instead of defaulting the Yes or No from the Course setup page into the field. The effect is that it looks like the course is CE eligible when in fact it is not. This is a problem to our nurses who think they are taking courses that will earn them CE credit toward maintaining their license. Can this be fixed?
