System recording completion dates incorrectly for training with reassignment rules

Summary:

Since 24B was applied to our production environment, our mandatory training has been behaving very strangely. This only applies to training with reassignment rules.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

If someone attempts the training for the first time, the system captures the training completion correctly. However, when employees are taking the training as a repeat attempt, the system is recording the wrong data and adding in an extra line of data. The image below is the training history for one person. They had a learning assignment which was available to take from 16/05/2024, which they completed on 21/05/2024. However the system recorded the previous completion date of 16/06/2023 and then added in a second learning assignment dated 21/05/2024 and recorded the correct completion date.

Howdy, Stranger!
