Query to get the risk, perspective and security assignment details

Looking forward for a sql query to get the Risk Name, Perspective and Security Assignment(User Assignment & Group Members) user names to build a BIP report.

Basically need Risk Name, Perspective Level 03 and User Name, Email address columns.

Note: User assignment username and Group members need to fetch as a single column.
