Summary:

Hi Experts,

I have a unusual scenario where the user created a personal search and selected Run Automatically for the Advance search, and now when the advance search is clicked the search runs automatically and times out from the page and the user cannot get intot the Advance search

Is there a way we can disable the Run Automatically outside the Advance search?

User is now unable to view the advance search is there a way we can open it ? I've tried bunch of options didn't work

This is happening when the user clicks on the Advance search
