Add more than 100 items to 1 New Item Request

Summary:We want to have more than 100 items added in an New Item Request when the items are getting imported through NIR. We can see the Oracle recommends having the value as 100 for EGO_MAX_LINES_PER_CO. Since this profile options controls number of items that can be added in an NIR as well as Change Order, we want to check if it okay to have the value set to 1500 or 5000.
