BI Consumer Role to access seeded processes not available

Summary:

Custom roles were created to avoid license issues, however, we are facing an issue with the access to the seeded processes since these only provide as application permission to BI Administrator and we do not want to assign BI Administrator to every user since it can lead to major security issues within OTBI.

For some processes, for example, Bank Statements and Reconciliation/BankStatement.xdo, we get the following error in the log:
