what is the difference bewteen service up and planned maintenance in Instance status

in EPM Platform and Freeform 3 comments

Summary:When checking the instance status in 'My Services,' the window shows 'Service Up' and 'Planned Maintenance.' 'Service Up' indicates that the service is currently operational and available, while 'Planned Maintenance' means that there is scheduled maintenance that may affect the service in the future.

As per the screenshot uploaded, if the service is operational, it should always show 'Service Up.' If it is not showing this status, showing it as Planned Maintenance what would be the reason. Please clarify
