In Quality Management, for 'Similar Issue' Task Supplier and Customer Column names are not visible

Navigation: Supply Chain Execution —> Quality Management —> Open Issues by Severity (High) —> Click on any issue and select Similar issue icon.
Supplier and Customer Column is blank.

This missing of Supplier and Customer names is seen in our Instances (Lower to Prod) too. I have attached the Demo screenshot for reference purposes where the same data missing is identified.
