Course Status not updated

Summary:

Hi Experts,

Our few user are experiencing the course shows as InProgress whereas the course is actually completed by the user and the updated status is being verified from the learning assignment page. The course contain only 1 offering.

This is a slight strange behavior. Please suggest so that the status which appears on My Learning experience page and backend remain same.

Is there any process we need to run for the sync to happen ?
