What is the best way to flush inventory from a test WMS instance so we can load a fresh snapshot?

Summary:

Through testing, our on-hand inventory has become out of sync with ERP. Additionally, as we start getting into volume testing, we will be shipping a lot more items than we are producing in the system. We are looking for a way to systematically remove all on hand inventory and then replace it with a fresh snapshot. Are there APIs or recommended methods of doing this short of configuring a totally new and fresh instance which will take a lot of time and effort?
