Redwood 24B Name formats not taking effect

We are on 24B

Our requirement is to have the name format consistent every where on pages, lists, home page, search results etc. No conditional formatting

Legal_First_Name Legal_Last_Name (Preferred Name)

We have set the name format as above to all the Name formats.

Please see attached documents.

After this we ran the following processes

Apply Name Formats to Person Names, Keywords and LDAP

Optimize Person Search Keywords Index

Optimize Profile Search Keywords Index

Synchronize Profile Search Keywords Index

Update Person Search Keywords

I hope I am not missing any other process.
