How are entities tracking actual costs from subrecipient & outside consultants on sponsored projects
How are entities tracking actual costs from subrecipient & outside consultants on sponsored projects? We are currently using both the Projects and Grants Management modules. We have both subrecipients and outside consultants setup as vendors in our Payables module. We are looking for a way to add the subrecipient & outside consultants as resources to our project budgets so we can assign a designated amount for budget and then compare budget vs actual to understand remaining costs.
