Email address esignature default field isn't appearing

Summary: In my organization, we require Email in esignature as default field but since 24 B update it got disappeared.


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Since 24 B update, we are unable to get email address as required field for esignature tasks, like 'Display Name' even by validating in 'Checklist Integration' task.

As per documents, email in esignature is default value, can anyone help_
