Possible to configure termination approval workflow?
Summary:
We are looking to create a workflow in our system for terminations to eliminate the need for paperwork. Our desired workflows would be as follows:
Resignations:
Employee submits resignation:
- Employee submits resignation via Me>Resignation Quick Action
- Resignation is routed to Line Manager for approval
- Once LM approves, resignation is routed to HR to view details and approve
- Once HR approves, resignation notification with details sent to Payroll Team
HR submits resignation on behalf of employee:
- HR submits resignation on behalf of employee via My Client Groups>Termination Quick Action
- Resignation is routed to Line Manager for approval
- One approved, resignation notification with details sent to Payroll Team
