Items are not populating in Cycle count by item category

Summary: During cycle count creation with "cycle count by item category", after selection of item category in " define item catagories", items are not automatically populating in next step "define items in item categories". Although items are cycle count enabled in item setup (product information management).

Please advice how we can enable it.
