I have 2000 workers who I need to change Status from Not Passed to Completed status.

Hi Team,
I have 2000+ workers who I need to change the status from Not Passed to Completed status. I tried Bypass and Approve and Mark Activities Completed under “Mass Action” and none worked. For Mark Activities Completed, I received a message stating that I cannot replace “not password” status with “completed”.
Can i know is there any Other options to change the status.
