Summary:

We are getting a SOAP fault from our OIC integration which submits an HCM extract and checks status. The extract gets submitted correctly and even runs to completion. Post submitting the extract we have a while loop that keeps checking the extract completion status every 1 min till it gets completed. We have a 3 min wait time between submitting the extract and triggering the while loop. The integration runs fine everyday but occasionally it fails with a SOAP fault.

The HCM extract submitted however runs to success.

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.RuntimeException, msg=oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.TxnValException, msg=JBO-27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction.: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.TxnValException, msg=JBO-27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction.
