Removing Edit access LWD Field.

Summary:

We are using a role with Privilege "Correct Employment Termination" to give access to the HRs to have the editable LWD field while creating a Termination but it seems post submitting the Termination with the LWD date, HRs can still change the LWD field.

Our requirement is to make the LWD field non editable post submission of the Termination. Please suggest if we can use any other role/privilege.
