Is there an HDL process for uploading employee Personal Payment Method?

Summary:

Our team has received a requirement to be able to upload Personal Payment Method either single data or in bulk via a custom VBCS screen.

We are building an integration that would enable this functionality to work, however, we are checking if there is an HDL process that can be used for this to eliminate manual entry for users. We are also thinking of using REST API for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - Create a personal payment method for the service. But user is asking to check for HDL first.

Is there an HDL file that we can use as reference? Or any links related to HDL process related to personal payment methods would be helpful.
