User getting stuck in training

Hi,

We have published a mandatory training to 20.000 users where we noticed that roughly 10% are getting stuck two different places in the training. We have recently tried a using Intellum Evolve to develop e-learnings and wondered if that could be the issue. It is a content authoring tool.

We have tried to clear cookies, cache, etc. and see no pattern in the users affected. Any ideas what the root cause could be?.
