Suggested Start Date & Dock Date is coming incorrect as per Lead Time Setup in Constraint Plan

Summary:

We have setup a Constraint Plan for one of the MFG Organization and when we are running the Plan it's not providing correct Suggested Start Date & Dock Date as per the Lead Time Setup we have done in Item Master. As if it's not considering the Lead Time Setup in Item Master at all.

Is there a different set of options & setups needed to control the Lead Times for Constraint Plan? Or if there's some issue with it inherently.
