proving total in FCCS_CTA

Need to show auditors that CTA calculated for each country equals total CTA for the company. In HFM they created a report off their entity hierarchy that had each country parent as a USD entity and added those together and they got total company.

In FCC, client decided to do only 1 entity hierarchy due to the issues with IC Elims when having alternate hierarchies. Now their country parents are in Local Currency (same as the input level). Additionally, in Europe - some regional parents are EUR as all countries below that parent are also EUR.
