In redwood, LA sets up an activity in an offering and the Activity won't launch for learner
Summary:
Learning Administrator (LA) uploaded new Content (a new SCORM file, and this worked), then created a new Course (which worked), and then set up an Offering and selected this new SCORM file as the activity (which worked).
- After enrolling in the course, there is no launch button to start the course
- I try to find the Offering via the Actions menu, and I still can't launch the course
- I return to My Client Groups > Learning > Learning Catalog > Offerings to check the offering, and the activity is there, however, when I edit the activity to have a look at the setup, the "Offering Content" drop down field is showing as blank and the "Content Type" is also showing as blank.
