Budgetary control validation is successful ,there are no control budgets requiring funds reservation

Summary:
When I am creating PO's and Invoice for June 2024, the fund check is showing as Passed.

When I click the Fund Status as Reserved, there is no control budget being consumed being shown.

I am getting this error"Budgetary control validation is successful and there are no control budgets requiring funds reservation"

We have enabled control budget and loaded budget balances for month of June-2024.
