Is it possible to exclude specific user from approvals?

Summary:

Hello all,

we have requirement to disable workflow approval for specific employee.

It means, every time approve task is assigned to user "XYZ", it's auto approved.

I know that it's possible to add similar solution via BPM having a rule which is for example checking Requestor role and then auto-approve step.

But the point is that it must be condition for only one specific user who is approver (not a creator).

Approval delegation is not acceptable solution.

Thanks
