Managing Flexfields option Disabled

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I want to see the Unhighlight Flexfields option on the Request a new position page and can't see this option.

I have an Application Implementation Consultant Role on my user.

Can someone please tell me what is the issue? why I can't see this option?
