Can we restrict multiple spoke system executing at a time

Hello Experts,

Is there a way we can limit the number of spoke system run at a time

Example : Spoke1 and Spoke2 are scheduled to run at same time or invoked to run at same time is it possible we can have it run Spoke1 first and then wait until Spoke1 is completed and then only start Spoke2?

we tried to put Process sequentially checked for both Spoke1 and Spoke2 still when invoked they are running parallel

Please suggest if there is Profile option that can control this in the setup or any workaround
