User Entity to capture US Tax withholding History

Hi Team,

we have built a custom changes only Integration(HCM Extract) to capture the New W4 calc card Information. But all the User Entity we can currently find are providing effective dated changes in the output. i.e. the value active as of the effective date passed while running the extract. So we wanted to check if there is any User entity available which capture Tax withholding History like we have for Assignment ( Example-PER_EXT_ASSIGNMENT_BASIC_HISTORY_UE)n all.
Note: We cannot build BI Report as we need to capture changes only Information
