time calculation rule to convert compensatory hours to payroll time type.

Summary:

We have a requirement to convert the compensatory time earned to overtime when the compensatory time has reached its ceiling value. I have written a time calculation rule for it however below is the issue

  1. I do not see the 'Overtime' payroll time type in the calculated view
  2. The hours in overtime are also getting added to the compensatory absence plan.

Can anyone help me in identifying the cause of this?
