Issue with Timecard entry.

Hi All,

In our timecard entry one of our employees has submitted his timecard, In Time and Labor the entry is transferred and processed, however payroll reversed the entry. We tried resubmitting the timecard with no change, deleting the timecard and then resubmitting with no change, but it didn't help.

Could you please help me understand the cause and how we can resolve the issue?
